I switched my phone number from Koodo to Rogers on May 27, 2025, through a Rogers representative who visited my home. However, I found the service quality to be very poor in my area due to weak signal. So, on June 6, 2025, I canceled the service and switched back to Koodo. I was informed that since I canceled the number transfer within 15 days, I wouldn't need to pay any fees to Rogers. Despite this, when I log into My Rogers, the billing information shows a charge of $107 due by June 18. Please provide an explanation for this.
