I received an email from Rogers yesterday at 11:38am reminding me that my Save and Return term ends today, and to return or upgrade the device promptly. When I went to the store they refused to return the phone citing you have to come in before the 12th. They said if you talk to customer service they would be able to put a note on your account to ok the return. The phone itself is in great shape - barely a scratch on it. After calling Customer Service and they agreed that I should be able to return the phone. While I was on the phone with the Customer Service rep, they asked to speak to the Rogers Store associate. The rep explained that it was ok to return the phone, yet the associate now said he would not be able to process it because the manager is not available. I drove over 2 and a half hours, because I live in rural outside of the city of Toronto, and to have this result was extremely disheartening. The Customer Service rep said they would still accept the return, and they would send me a label to courier the phone back to Rogers. I woke up this morning to an email saying you failed to return or upgrade the device and we have charged your credit for the amount owing. In this day and age of rising cost of living expenses, I've been trying to reduce monthly expenditures where I can, and this is a big hit. At this point, I do not have much faith that they will accept the return and return the amount that I've been charged. Is there anything else I can do to ensure this happens?
Thanks!
Gerald

Hello @GeraldS ,
Thanks for sending us the PM and giving us an opportunity to look into this matter for you further. I just wanted to follow up to verify whether or not the email came through with your return label? 🙂
If not, please continue to chat with us via PM and we'll be happy to follow it up!

I've been checking all weekend and still no reply. I checked my spam folder just in case, but nothing there as well.
