Different bill from contract by door to door salesmen

I've been here awhile
Recently, I moved internet and monile to Rogers by door to door sales men. I started my service from mid of month and by the contract I have no reason to pay full payment and digital bill didn’t updated by the contract. I contacted with him several time to correct but today is payment due. Door to door men is not easy to communicate right on time..It is just two weeks past since I asked for this solving. I wanted to go back Bell again..

The fust bill is usually higher for a few reasons. Any one-time fees would be added. There is a pro-rated portion to your first billing date because Rogers can't seem to set the billing date 30 days from starting your services. The promotions and discounts might not have been added in time to aopear on the first bill.

I contaced theRogers door to door salesmen to fix the correct bill with his promotion and discount for no installation cost for almost 3 weeks after we changed. But he didn't answer yet.. I feel like this is something you just make a contract and then disappearing..
