Both my neighbour and I need new lines run after the existing ones which were only 2-3 inches deep in the ground were cut by a landscaper. Wondering how I can ensure that the cable is buried to the appropriate depth which by Markham bylaw standards is 2 feet deep. Also wondering how to ensure my neighbours is on their property and mine is on my property. Has anyone had any luck in this regard?
