Hello,
Since morning I've been unable to access full services in rogers xfinity app. When I sign in, it does not show me my cameras, locks and doorbells anymore. I can't control my modem either. In all cases I end up only with 1 tile on my screen that says "Access your account details offline". In some cases it first says "Please upgrade your equiment/service to access the xfinity app" before going back to the account details tile.
I chatted with customer support for over an hour to no avail. This is highly disappointing because I can no longer monitor my home with the 3 rogers cameras...soo what is the purpose of getting home security if it doesnt work after a few weeks

Thank you for joining our Community and sharing your Rogers Xfinity app experience. I can imagine the inconvenience of being unable to access the app features to monitor the cameras and doorbells and manage the home network.
