I am still, without success, trying to receive a signature from Rogers regarding a demolitions permit application regarding a destroyed home. At the very least, I've been trying to determine which department and/or contact information to reach out to regarding the request's status. There was an email address on the application provided by my city, to which the request was sent weeks ago. Unlike all other utility companies listed and contacted, not even an automated receipt was provided by Rogers after sending the request. Attempts, like this post, to contact what department may have some relation to the subject to direct queries appropriately have not had much success. A ticket was supposedly created but I can't find any reference to said ticket, nor has anyone reached out regarding the ticket over the weeks in which it's been created. Today's attempt with technical support provided me with a phone number, but that turned out to be a former employee no longer with Rogers.
There's added frustration in that there's been no problem confirming that the types of Rogers services that would require physical connection/disconnection were never available to the address in question. Yet no one can seemingly provide the needed signature, which is the only remaining signature in this application to move forward in rebuilding our lives.
I'd greatly appreciate any direction, or questions I can answer to help resolve this as soon as possible.
