I suspended my internet last summer. Can I suspend again this summer? How long do I have to wait after the last suspension?

I was told that I have to wait 12 month after the previous suspension ended. Is that correct?

A couple of questions/comments:
1. Do you have an Xfinity bundle that includes Internet and TV? If so, they cannot be suspended separately, only all or nothing.
2. This is different from people who are still on Legacy Digital Cable service where, I believe, the services could be separated.
3. If you have Internet only with Rogers, then it should be straight forward, however, you still need to confirm the "rules" regarding Internet suspension, which I cannot confirm for you, even though I searched the Rogers website for Temporary Suspension - which only appears to cover Mobile Service.
4. There are some old threads on the topic, but it would be best for you to get the latest - and in writing...

Thanks for your suggestions. I called them again. They told me that my calendar year starts on May 1. Then I can request a new suspension. The previous suspension was in this calendar year.
