I have been dealing with Rogers for over 25 years. Due to an issue with Customer Service that Rogers wouldn't resolve, we switched our home phone, internet and tv over to Bell. We still have our mobile phone service with Rogers. I rec'd a promotion from Bell offering $39.00 per phone line with 100 gb of data when you bring your own phone. Right now I pay $55.00 per line with Rogers with the same amount of data. I called Rogers asking if they could match or come close to Bell's offer. I spoke to customer loyalty said there was nothing that they could offer me even close to that! They said try again another time. So much for customer loyalty. So looks like I might have to switch all of our services to Bell.

While we would like to retain your business at all costs, we often have to work with the promotions and discounts hat you are eligible for, to prevent making you offers we won't be able to honor.
Have you had a look at your MyRogers online profile, to see if there was an exclusive offer you could benefit from, by going through self-serve?
