I work on the 17th floor at 155 Wellington. I get full bars from my desk there but nothing loads between Tuesdays and Thursdays, especially during the morning rush, lunch hours, and basically 4pm on. I think the network is overloaded in the area, with all the newly constructed buildings, and inflow of back to office workers during midweek. Think I'll need to cancel if I don't see improvements in the next month because my cell service is basically useless while I'm in the office.

Thank you for posting! We appreciate the details you provided about the problem you're experiencing with your wireless connection, when in the office.
We know how important it is to stay connected at all times and surely want to assist you in making sure you remain reachable.
Sometimes a phone’s network settings can be corrupted, which can lead to service issues. Have you tried resetting your network settings? It might help.
If you’re getting service outdoors, the issue could be that the signal indoors is obstructed by concrete, metal, or multiple walls. If the issue is related to indoor interference, consider using Wi-Fi Calling.
You can make or receive phone calls and send text messages wherever there’s a WiFi connection, using WiFi Calling, including basements, condos and tall buildings.
Let us know if some of your co-workers are also facing the same issue and whether they are Rogers customers or not.

I appreciate the reply but this boiler plate copy & paste "we care about you" message and "have you tried resetting your settings" "solution" are frustratingly unhelpful...who would not have tried these before committing the time to post a message on here? Based on the facts I had provided - that my iPhone 14 works better on Mondays and Fridays when there are fewer office workers around - you can easily deduce this is not a network settings or indoor obstructions issues. It's a network capacity issue. Especially with the new TD building just completed across the street, and more in-office work mandates, the network congestion has gotten worse. I don't know everyone on my floor, but those that I do know have already switched to Bell or Telus (or one of their flanker brands). Those networks might not be able to get you 5G+ on this floor consistently, but at least they would have LTE...and more importantly, it wouldn't be like Rogers and show you 5G with full bars but just not load!

I can absolutely understand your frustrations, however, it's really tough for us to assume the degree of knowledge and comfortability people have when it comes to troubleshooting technical issues, as everyone is unique. 🙂
May I clarify, do you know if this issue also happens when you step outside of your building? Or does it only occur while inside? I do find it strange that it only seems to happen on certain days of the week.
